Fresh 20 roses

Terrible experience and almost ruined 14th of Feb. I have ordered flowers, the order said delivery is free. Soon I received and SMS and a message in the app, stating I need to pay delivery fee, which is quite high. The shop claims, that the free delivery was a technical error on the flowwow side. I never had problems with flowwow before, so I was really surprised to see such things here. The shop nearly f*ed up 14th Feb for me. There are no shops on flowwow in Paris, which can deliver on time, so I had to come up with other solutions, because I'm not going to pay to businesses, which are using these kind of tactics. So, I wish this shop to go out of business. Also now I will think twice, before using flowwow. Even for orders in Moscow.
